Being anti-diet also mean you are against a system that values people more [or less] based on their body size, and oppresses people who’s genetics don’t match up with impossible body ideals & beauty standards.

Being anti-dieting also means you don’t assign moral value to foods or think the way someone eats has the capability of making them a good/bad person.

It means you no longer waste your time, money, or energy trying to shrink your body. And you think all humans are worthy & deserve love, kindness, success, dignity, & quality healthcare regardless of the size or weight of their body.
